Refurbishment
At Prime-Kraft, each team is highly experienced in all forms of refurbishment, from basic property upgrades, to complex conversions that need completing with a phased approach. Void maintenance is a core part of the Prime-Kraft business. Working with local authorities and registered property managers, the firm offers a complete repair and maintenance service for void properties. Prime-Kraft continuous research and interactions with local authority, property managers and home owners has allowed the business to develop a strong understanding of the sectors needs and objectives including reactive works with fast turnaround times. The firms experienced surveyors and contract managers are able to support the planning and development process, prioritizing properties with allocated tenants or those that are considered hard to let.

Prime-Kraft has an established reputation as a contractor in roads and civil works.
